Yesterday my landlord unfairly upped my rent by 65%, looks like it is time to move on.  Goodbye Cooper/Young.  On a more positive note, I am looking for a new studio!  I dream of a workshop with 18 foot ceilings, a bay door, at least 1200 square feet, a bathroom, heat, oh, and power.  I don't think it is too much to ask.  Any ideas?
